I designed and built MedinChina as a centralized platform for managing international sourcing operations. The system connects customer requests, suppliers, quotations, orders, inspections, shipments, documents and payments into a single operational workflow.
The Business Problem
International sourcing involves many handoffs: customer specifications, supplier quotations, production checks, commercial documents and freight. When that information is scattered across messages and spreadsheets, it becomes difficult to see the current state of an order.
The Solution
A shared operational workflow brings each sourcing project into one place. Customers can follow progress while the team coordinates requests, suppliers, inspections, documents, payments and shipping around the order.
